James Schultz

President

James Schultz’s approach to leadership is rooted in his passion for manufacturing and his commitment to continuous improvement. He believes in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, which has been instrumental in driving the success and expansion of Inventex Medical.

James has over 40 years of extensive experience in plastics and contract manufacturing. His deep-rooted passion for manufacturing began in high school, where he was introduced to the field through a friend’s uncle’s injection molding and mold building company. This early exposure ignited a lifelong enthusiasm for the industry, setting the stage for a distinguished career.

Under James’s leadership, Inventex Medical has seen significant growth, expanding its market presence and enhancing operational capabilities.

Justin Landstrom

QA Manager / Compliance Officer

Justin Landstrom has been working in the medical device industry for more than 6 years. He began his career at a large medical device company that specialized in implantable devices. His experience started with handling complaints and developing training plans before moving up into the role of quality engineer II where he oversaw process validations and site-wide quality improvements. Prior to this, his work experience includes working at an FCC-regulated phone captioning company and as a student lab tech.

Since joining Inventex Medical Justin has helped the company achieve certification to ISO 13485 for their quality management system, in addition to overseeing the implementation of eQMS software, maintaining FDA compliance, and implementing process improvements from operations to product development.

Justin earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ.

Eric Hochstadter

Director of Sales and Marketing 

With over 30 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Eric has been a driving force at Inventex Medical since May 2012, serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing. His career is distinguished by a profound passion for technology, innovation, and growth, which fuels his dedication to developing cutting-edge business solutions for clients.
 
Eric thrives in fast-paced environments where his energy and creativity are pivotal. His approach seamlessly blends strategic insight with a hands-on attitude, enabling him to deliver impactful results and propel business development forward. His professional philosophy centers on a relentless commitment to adding value, through innovative strategies, data-driven decisions, and dynamic leadership.
 
Known for being highly motivated and results-oriented, Eric has a proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong, productive partnerships. His ability to foster relationships built on trust and mutual success has been a key component of his success.
 
Outside of his professional endeavors, Eric is dedicated to his family and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities. Whether it’s snow skiing, fishing, playing tennis with his kids, hiking, or cooking on the BBQ, he finds balance and joy in these pursuits. Eric also has a passion for music and enjoys walking his dogs, which helps him stay grounded and inspired.
Iris Martinez

Customer Service and Office Manager

Iris Martinez is the cornerstone of our front office team.

As Inventex Medical’s dedicated Front Office Lead, Iris brings a blend of professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service to every interaction.

Iris joined Inventex Medical over 11 years ago with a wealth of experience in office administration and a passion for creating a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that the front office operates smoothly and effectively.

Wendy Krljic

QC Inspector

Wendy has been working in quality control for two years. She started as a Quality Inspector at Bankier Companies and moved to Inventex Medical six months later. Prior to working in the quality department at Bankier, she started as a Front Desk Clerk and added the role of Shipping/Receiving Coordinator after 6 months, continuing to maintain both roles for 3 years.

Wendy feels that quality is a good fit for her because she has great attention to detail as demonstrated by her 25+ years of experience as a stained glass artisan, painter, and creator of crochet patterns in her free time.

She enjoys a challenge, figuring out the answer to a problem, and completing any task with detail. Her skillset also benefits from a broad spectrum of work experience including working at the offices of two different medical practices as well as acting as policy coordinator for multiple health insurance companies.
