James Schultz
President
James has over 40 years of extensive experience in plastics and contract manufacturing. His deep-rooted passion for manufacturing began in high school, where he was introduced to the field through a friend’s uncle’s injection molding and mold building company. This early exposure ignited a lifelong enthusiasm for the industry, setting the stage for a distinguished career.
Under James’s leadership, Inventex Medical has seen significant growth, expanding its market presence and enhancing operational capabilities.

Justin Landstrom
QA Manager / Compliance Officer
Justin Landstrom has been working in the medical device industry for more than 6 years. He began his career at a large medical device company that specialized in implantable devices. His experience started with handling complaints and developing training plans before moving up into the role of quality engineer II where he oversaw process validations and site-wide quality improvements. Prior to this, his work experience includes working at an FCC-regulated phone captioning company and as a student lab tech.
Since joining Inventex Medical Justin has helped the company achieve certification to ISO 13485 for their quality management system, in addition to overseeing the implementation of eQMS software, maintaining FDA compliance, and implementing process improvements from operations to product development.
Justin earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ.

Wendy feels that quality is a good fit for her because she has great attention to detail as demonstrated by her 25+ years of experience as a stained glass artisan, painter, and creator of crochet patterns in her free time.
She enjoys a challenge, figuring out the answer to a problem, and completing any task with detail. Her skillset also benefits from a broad spectrum of work experience including working at the offices of two different medical practices as well as acting as policy coordinator for multiple health insurance companies.
